While everyone is enjoying the lovely weather spare a thought for us cake decorators who check the weather and think oh god no I’m going to have a bad day. Cakes and hot weather don’t mix!!! I spent today in my studio with my aircon unit AND my dehumidifier on. Oh the joys of hot weather. Spare a thought for your cake decorator just in case they are a bit more stressed than normal
