What a lovely day for a wedding. On Saturday, we were a small part of N&J’s big day. This beautiful, three tier cake was a joy to make. There’s over 100 sugar flowers cascading from top to bottom of these zesty lemon, classic vanilla and signature chocolate cakes.

🥳🎉🎉🎉🥳Happy Birthday 🥳🎉🎉🎉🥳

Three layers of our signature chocolate cake generously smothered with smooth chocolate buttercream and finished with a white chocolate dip. This is definitely our best selling flavour and it’s not hard to see why! Have you tried a slice or two yet?

The blended buttercream was made but crumb coating the cake first then applying different coloured pipped buttercream before smoothing it all around. The runner is hand painted in food colouring.

What a cake this one was! Two faces to model, two tiers to make and decorate and a skyline to create. I loved every minute (expect maybe those teeny tiny teeth…they were fiddly).

Top tier: zesty lemon
Bottom tier: signature chocolate

What a day for a pool party! And with this cute chocolate cake to accompany the fun, I’m sure everyone had a great time (especially as the thunder didn’t make its forecasted appearance).

The water is sugar glass (possibly the stickiest substance ever created) and can be rated like a giant lollipop (or broken up and shared if you’re forced to!)
