Just some snippets from todayโs baking day.
From scooping chocolate crinkle batter, tempering the egg yolks and sugar mixture for our tiramisu, kneading the bread dough to place the cheese and halaya. Every step is done with care and precision (yes I love measuring and weighing things to the T ๐).
