Just some snippets from today’s baking day.

From scooping chocolate crinkle batter, tempering the egg yolks and sugar mixture for our tiramisu, kneading the bread dough to place the cheese and halaya. Every step is done with care and precision (yes I love measuring and weighing things to the T 😂).

Thanks as always to our lovely friends and customers for continuing to support our home bakery. 💕🏡

We’re back in the kitchen baking your favourite classic Filipino breads along with our updated menu for 2026.

We have a lot planned for this year and we can’t wait to share our love for bread inspired by our Filipino heritage and culture. A number of new menu items are currently being tested and perfected in our test kitchen (aka home) and we will roll this out throughout the year.

Our recent trip to the Philippines has definitely inspired us and made us appreciate how rich our culture is. Our bakes inspires to do the same - and we will continue to share the taste and rich flavours of home 🇵🇭

As usual, we will be posting baking dates every month but we are always open to small batch orders.

Our next baking day will be on 13 & 14 December. This is our last baking day for this year as we’re flying home for Christmas ✈️ 🎄

Our bakery is soft launching our frozen pandesal baking kits today.

From frozen to freshly baked goodness 🍞 ✨ Ready in 1 hour and 45 minutes - perfect for breakfast, bonding, or that nostalgic bite of home 🥰

Our frozen pandesal kits are vacuum sealed with food safe bags and can be stored for 6 months in the freezer. It also comes with a packet of sealed fine breadcrumbs and written instructions. Ikaw na lang ang hinihintay 😁
