June’s workshop was The Fundamentals of Bread making.
This is ideal for those that haven’t ever baked bread but are eager to start AND those that have baked bread many times. This workshop enables you to not only gain the confidence you may need for your bread making journey, but also gives you ample opportunity to make and correct any mistakes you have been performing or may make in the future. When you attend any of our workshops, there is not an expiry date for you to get in touch and ask questions, if something isn’t working for you at home we can figure out where you may be going wrong, equally we really enjoy receiving any and all of your baking masterpieces and failures.
All abilities are welcome on each and every one of our workshops.
Most of all it’s ’a good day out’ as many of our repeating bread makers say.
Whats not to love?
🍞 Being in the very micro bakery that we work from.
🍞 Gaining all our knowledge and experience (as well as Patrick’s) …there’s no gate keeping here 👌🏼
🍞 Meeting new people - our classes run at 7 people max
🍞 Making and enjoying your handcrafted pizza (wine and nonalcoholic drinks are also available) but you might want to ask a friend to drop you off/pick you up?.. you can pay them in bread 😂🥰
🍞 And best of all, finish the day, basking in the glory, satisfaction and accomplishment of all the ‘ Proper, Good Bread’ YOU have made
🍞 All equipment is included and you will receive all the recipes cards via email as well as all our tips and tricks for future along with the pizza dough recipes.
🍞 NO WASHING OR CLEANING! Be that messy baker 👏🏼
So if you, or someone you know would also enjoy ‘a good day out’ making bread, tag, share or follow the link in our bio.
There are still 4 places available on our French Workshop which is on the 11th July
Then we break for summer (next workshop is October)
