Welcome to Caspar the home of the ‘Breton’ Crepe. At Caspar we specialise in producing delicious Crepes not just for desert but for the whole dining experience. Crepes are incredibly versatile, you can use them in a large variety of ways to produce dining experiences that are both unique and rewarding.

The word crepe originates from the Latin word for Crispus which meant crisp. They are first recorded in the 14th century in Brittany (Breton) northern France. At the time, the farmers fighting against hunger start to make a batter from easy ferment buckwheat flour and wrap them up with different fillings.
