2 beef oxo cubes
1 beef stock pot
salt and pepper
carrots
leeks
potatoes
Gravy granules
puff pastry
melted butter
and egg wash

I’ve had so many messages about the Aussie crunch 😅 about amounts and method I will post a video later on how I do it step by step make sure you have all these ingredients in ☺️☺️

One thing I will say is Aldi or Lidl cheap cornflakes are a no no there too hard you need a light crispy cornflake

For me stork butter is a must for a nice Aussie crunch I agree cheaper baking butters can be bought but believe me it does alter the taste cheaper baking butters can be good for sponges and brownies but for me anything biscuity base must be stork

Self raising flour
Caster sugar
Granulated sugar
Coco powder
Cornflakes
Desiccated coconut
Butter
200g of chocolate for melting on top
