I only make cakes now for people who are friends/family even though I still have my excellent food hygiene score.

Well folks it's been a while since I've posted a cake on here.

I stopped taking orders a few years ago after the arrival of my youngest - I just felt I didn't have the time or energy to put my best into them and since then I've just made for family.

Here is my latest cake made for my daughter's 11th birthday - she wanted a floral design.

The cake is chocolate orange sponge filled with chocolate orange ganache buttercream.
