🍫 S’MORES TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE 🍫

So.. I know I’m suppose to be resting but .. I just can’t keep out of the kitchen 🙈👀 I’ve tried to use my time at home to make some content because who doesn’t love watching a ‘come bake with me video’ 😋

So here’s a video of me making an absolute BELTER of a brownie 😍 featuring my little boy somewhere in the back ground probably annoying me 😂

I think these will be in the sheds on my first week back which is 23rd October !! Only 11 more days.. not like I’m counting 😂👀

The KRAZY woman behind KOKO Bakes 🍪

I’m responsible for all things BAKING 🧑‍🍳 and loading the sheds with all of your sweet and savoury treats!

What started off as an idea 9 months ago has now become a living dream for the last 5 months. I absolutely eat, breathe and sleep the sheds I am constantly making new ideas, trying out new recipes, shopping, making labels, doing paper work, stocking the sheds, trying to get down with the kids with social media 👀 filming content, taking photos.. the list goes on and on..

Along side the sheds I work as a nail technician and own KOKO hair and Beauty salon in Wawne. I have a little boy Kash who’s 7 💙 a hubby Billy ❤️ and choccy lab Rex who’s 2 🐶 💙 I don’t have much spare time being a rugby mum and a wife but I do make sure that me and the chocolate boy walk together everyday for 5 miles, I turned carnivore 18 months ago and that paired with walking I’ve lost 10 stone 😁. I love rugby 🏉 and hate football ⚽️ 😂 I love a good 24 hours in police custody but guaranteed it takes me 3 weeks to watch one episode because I can’t keep my eyeballs open for longer then 5 minutes 😂👀 and that pretty much sums me up really.. boring 😂.

You’ll see me usually in the salon, chatting to customers at the sheds, or stocking them back up 😁

I will forever be grateful for the love and support I have had since opening and every week it just keeps growing and growing 😍

Let’s start with the faces behind KOKO Bakes …

✨ Meet Katie! ✨

My amazing sister, and KOKO’s packaging queen! 👸🏼 🤍

Katie is the lovely person behind the scenes at KOKO Bakes, helping me with all the packaging, boxing, labelling and making sure your orders are packed with care and ready to go. Packing over 300 items in a day is not for the faint hearted and I simply could not manage the sheds ( and stay married 😂) with out her! 📦🧁

Being sisters makes working together even more special, we literally are the same person, and know each others next move before we even know it ourselves 😂

Katie is also now responsible every week for placing the ‘LUCKY’ golden sticker inside one of the bakes to win £10 to spend inside the sheds 😝

So a big shout out to Katie my partner in crime and the best big sister a girl could wish for 👯‍♀️ ❤️🥰🫶🏼

🖊️ 📄 GOOD EVENING 📄 🖊️

Hello everyone !

Just a little post for everyone who’s missing me 😝 I’m using my time in hospital to concentrate on the ‘boring’ but essential parts of running the sheds!

It’s felt weird not seeing everyone come down to grab their treats 😢

But I am recovering, doing well and I’ll be back on my feet in no time ! 😁🫶🏼

I’m just sat here reflecting on the BEST weekend!

What an actual weekend ! Most definitely my busiest weekend so far! Because I’ve been working all weekend in the salon I have been able to see everyone who’s come and visited the sheds! I have never felt so overwhelmed in all my life. The amount of new and old faces have filled my heart with so much happiness ! I can’t believe that just a little idea I had back in February is now a dream come true! Each week the sheds get busier and busier. More new faces, people travelling from all over, the instagram and Facebook messaged I get. The beautiful heartfelt reviews.. I honestly never thought a job/hobby could make me so happy 😭🫶🏼❤️

I am absolutely gutted to have to have some time off, especially when the sheds i feel are at an absolute all time high but needs must ! 😢 I’m going to use to time to make some little changes, upgrades, recipes ect to bring you all even bigger and better things!

I will be keeping the socials active whilst I’m recovering to make sure I keep in touch! So keep a look out and don’t forget about me 😂👀

Again - thank you from the bottom of my heart. Words can ever express what it means to me every single visit that you all make ❤️

If you find this sticker stuck to the back of your label in your bake you have won £10 to spend in the sheds 😁

Just pop the sticker on a piece of paper and pop it into the cash tin in the sweet shed and take your treats ❤️

I’ve stocked up on extra cheesecakes as they were sold out by lunchtime 🙈. And, I’ve added a new flavour white chocolate and raspberry 😍
