It’s with a heavy heart, and not an announcement I thought I’d make when we first opened - Cinnamon will be closing its doors in Trinity Market.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us for the past 4 years!
All your one-off pop-ins, every custom order, and all our lovely regulars. 🤎 We are so beyond grateful to have made it so far thanks to you.

Our last day trading will be 16th May - so please come down to see us before then!

This is not the last you’ll hear of Cinnamon.

This combo came to me in a dream, so I picked up a box of Frosties on the way into work the next morning - and here we are.

Our Mother’s Day bento cakes are in the fridge! 💐🎀

This year we’ve got a delicious choice of Chocolate or Cherry Bakewell cakes for you to gift this Sunday.

We’ve also got some themed bits on the counter, like raspberry & lemon muffins or strawberry & vanilla muffins, which you can grab with free gift wrapping!

All served on a first-come, first-served basis - but we’ll also make some more Tomorrow if today sells out!

We’re doing our build night this Thursday - this is your reminder to make sure you’ve got your tickets as this is a pre-booked event only!

OR if you fancy building one from the comfort of your own home, we’ve got some kits available to pick up and enjoy!
The perfect date night-in cozied up in front of the fire with a good Christmas film on in the background 🎄🪵

Simply pop in, or message us to reserve your kit. But hurry- we’ve only got a set amount of kits and they’ll only be up for sale for the next week!

All orders must be placed before Dec 17th and are for Collection Only.
Orders available to collect on Dec 23rd 10:00-15:00 & Dec 24th 10:00-13:00

Cinnamon Bakery turns 3! 🥳

Hip, Hip, Hooray!

My, how time flies…

Our shop has had a few facelifts as we’ve settled and grown into this space, but don’t expect us to stop here - we’re still working towards world domination!

Without getting too soppy (because I’m a baby and I will cry) - words could never express the gratitude we have for all of our amazing customers 🤎 We wouldn’t still be here after three years without each and every one of you!

Every cookie, every muffin, every custom order helps keep your local businesses alive, so THANK YOU!!!
