I’ve been asked a few times this week if I’m trading at Lustleigh Village Show on Monday. I took the decision not to apply this year.

However, the awesome Little Coffee Bean will be there with a range of The Brownie Boxx bakes as well as their The Coffee Company Coffee.

Go and see them for some awesome coffee and bakes!

When baking this morning, I forgot to add the Nutella 🤦🏻‍♂️ absolutely nothing wrong with them just minus the Nutella.

Each box contains 4 kinder brownies

A LITTLE BUSINESS UPDATE FROM ME

Over the last few years, I’ve always created special Boxxes for occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Teacher Boxxes and Christmas.

However, the market is becoming increasingly competitive, with more and more businesses in the local area popping up almost on a weekly basis offering similar products and competing for the same customers. This has meant a downturn in orders and to do these occasions I need a minimum number of orders for it to be viable, recently this has not been the case.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to focus on what I do best.

Going forward, I will be focusing solely on wholesale orders and events. This means that I will no longer be taking private orders or creating occasion-specific Boxxes for individual customers or Brownie Stacks. (All gift vouchers will obviously be honoured). I will however have spare boxes from time to time I may do the occasional pop-up.

This decision will allow me to concentrate my time and energy on what I do best—making delicious brownies and bakes for local businesses and bringing them to you at markets, fairs and events across Devon. And maybe some more pop ups!

This doesn’t mean The Brownie Boxx is going anywhere. It just means I’m changing the way I operate to make sure the business remains sustainable and enjoyable for me to run.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported my special occasion Boxxes and placed orders over the years.

If you want your The Brownie Boxx fix this weekend get yourselves to Little Coffee Bean! They’ll have a range of my bakes at the racecourse on Saturday and the orchard on Sunday.

I’ve been asked a few times this week if I’m at Newton Abbot Racecourse for their country show tomorrow. I’m not I’m afraid as I’m too busy with the wholesale side of the business. (I will be there for their Christmas Fayre though).

Saturday: Open at the orchard 9:30-4
We will also be at Newton Abbot Racecourse for the country show! 🐄🐷🐴If you're looking for something to keep the kids entertained for the day this is the perfect day out 🙂

Sunday: We have been excited for this one, come and join us for our pizza and music event! We have Chanbury's and Ollie Stephens | Devon Wedding Singer & Guitarist joining us for delicious pizza and chilled vibes!
