Your eyes aren't deceiving you: there is a half-cow, half-sheep at the front of this cake! This was a chocolate cake with a chocolate brownie layer, smothered in butter icing and decorated with wine gums and fondant animals.

I was tasked with making Colin and Connie look more wedding-like which was a challenge in a heatwave! The cakes themselves were from M&S so it was a case of putting them together on a lovely bespoke board, making their accessories and putting it all together, all while being blasted with as many fans as I could find!
