Dear Customers,

I would like to personally address the situation regarding the cancellation of next week’s orders.

Unfortunately, due to a combination of unexpected personal and family circumstances, we are unable to fulfil any orders scheduled for next week. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and one that we have not taken lightly.

As the owner, I take full responsibility for this situation. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and I am deeply sorry that we are unable to do so at this time.

If you have an order booked for next week and have paid a deposit, please send us a message and we will arrange a full refund as quickly as possible.

I kindly ask for your understanding and patience. We are a small family business, and sometimes life presents challenges that are beyond our control. We are doing our best to deal with a very difficult situation, and right now we simply need a little time to recover and put things right.

Please know that we never intended to let anyone down, and we sincerely apologise to everyone affected.

Dear Customers,

It is with great regret that we must inform you that, due to unexpected family circumstances, Olivia’s Bakery will be unable to fulfil any orders scheduled for next week.

This affects all orders, including private orders, shop deliveries, and event bookings. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.

For customers who have already paid a deposit for an order scheduled for next week, all deposits will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

This has been a very difficult decision for us, and we are deeply sorry for any disruption caused. We truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this challenging time for our family and business.

We hope to resume normal operations as soon as possible and will keep you updated.
