Not going to lie, teaching the skills of sourdough baking over two days is always exhausting… but incredibly rewarding too!
We’ve had a fantastic weekend with this wonderful group, who have learned the knowledge, techniques and confidence needed to go home and make beautiful sourdough bread completely from scratch.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the course such a success. It was a pleasure baking with you all!

We’re an independent, award-winning bakery looking for a strong front of house leader who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and genuinely cares about great service.

We want someone hands-on, organised, calm under pressure and confident managing a busy bakery floor.

You’ll thrive here if you:

* Running day-to-day FOH operations
* Leading and supporting the team

* Managing allergens and food safety procedures
* Working closely with the bakers
* Supporting all areas of service, including pot wash when needed
* Attending managers meetings
* Delivering exceptional customer experience

What we’re looking for:

* Hospitality management experience
* Leadership skills
* Barista experience
* Reliability, initiative and energy
* Someone passionate about quality food and independent businesses
