I was working down at our Troon shop today and had the absolute pleasure of chatting with a customer who completely blew us away. 🥐🥖
She was raving about our pastries and sourdough bread, telling us they are the absolute best she has ever had. The ultimate compliment? She recently went on holiday to France and Barcelona—the capitals of incredible baking—and told us our pastries are far better! 🤯🏆
We are still pinching ourselves. Crafting the perfect, flaky pastry and slow-fermented sourdough takes a lot of time and love, but hearing feedback like this makes every single early morning worth it.
