Hello guys, we have been quiet over the winter, but we cannot wait for the warmer months to bring you our unique dessert experience. 🩷

But first we are preparing for a bit of a walk….😅

Paul & I are doing a mammoth walk in April, 320 miles & 2 mountains 🏔️ we estimate it will take between 9-10 days! totally unsupported, carrying all our own minimal kit, getting our heads down infantry style 🫡

We believe that we are the first to attempt this crazy challenge & can’t wait to smash it!

We are doing this to raise awareness for BANA who support people diagnosed with a rare type of brain tumor.

First outing went well, despite a few technical difficulties, there were lots of smiling faces & we had a great time! 🩷 Thank you to everybody that bought our treats. 💕
It was an amazing turn out for Mason, everyone did him & the family proud. Thank you for asking us to be a part of it. ✨✨✨
Couldn’t have done it without my right hand man Peggers, our little Star Maddie & of course Wez our logistics bloke for the day ! 🌟
Gutted we were too busy to grab a pizza 🍕 before the master had sold out 😭

After a week of hard graft that’s the shop in the Horsefair de-pinked! 💕 and little miss Carpigani 🩵in her beautiful new home! 🍦✨✨

It’s been a journey & we have achieved & learnt so much along the way ! 💕
And to have my best mate beside me all the way has been the best! 🩷

We couldn’t be happier with our stunning trailer or prouder of the brand we have created 🐯
Looking forward to the future, fun, freedom & adventures on the road! 🛣️✨✨✨

We will of course miss our regulars, we really have met some fabulous characters along the way who will stay with us always. 💕

We have made some big changes at Pink Tiger 🩷
Investing in our beautiful horsebox trailer, has given us the flexibility & the freedom we need to expand the brand that we have created & are incredibly proud of 🩷🐯
AND continue with our adventures in our other job, without having to explain ourselves(sometimes we just can’t) or upsetting anyone!

We have one life & there’s no way im gonna have my cake 🍰 & not eat it! 🐅✨

We are excited to announce our 2026 diary is already filling up! 📓 So please don’t hang about if you would like us to bring THE best desserts & ice cream 🍦 to your special occasion or event! 💕

This page will remain very much active, I will be sharing local pop ups, & and other public events we may be attending, as well as sharing my new and tasty creations which will be a available to order from time to time! 💕
