👻The kitchen clock struck midnight, and the oven light grew dim,
A dozen little chocolate chips began to look quite grim.

🎃They rose up from the baking sheet with tiny, crumbly groans,
And rattled on the cooling rack like little baker's bones.

🕷️But when you turn the kitchen light on,
They freeze and act so sweet.
Scary teeth and monsters are waiting for you to eat!

Very sad news today, we lost our much loved Pearl yesterday, any messages will be responded to after the weekend.
🐶

If we could have but one more day,
We'd walk again our favourite way.

Friends together as before,
But no, alas, you are no more.

No ball to throw, no bowls to fill,
Your lead hangs limp, your toys lie still.

No welcome bark, no peaceful snore,
An empty space upon the floor.

If we could hold you once again,
We’d kiss your head and call your name.

We’ll miss everything about you, the things we had to do,
We’ll miss your smelly fur when wet,
And even picking up poo.

We’d whisper gently as we part,
You're safe asleep, within our hearts.

Throwback number 7

We love animals in all shapes and sizes, especially a cat and a dog,
A koala, a bear and many more, including a green frog.

A husky so cute with his bright blue eyes,
A huge unicorn who is giant in size.

A brown rabbit or bright yellow bees,
Mmm think you would like one, oh yes please.

Throw back number 6

Once I saw a dinosaur stomping down our street,
I wished I could get close enough to see her gigantic feet.

I wish I could ask her to my party as that would be really great,
The trouble is she is very large and wouldn’t fit through the gate.

A dinosaur at my house, she wouldn’t make a fuss,
She’s coming I hear, she can fit in as she is a Cakeosaurus.

The fringe is long, the vision blind,
And leaves a trail of mud behind,

He may bump into rocks and sometimes the trees,
Happily chewing grass at total ease.

So if you see a cow in a big furry sweater,
Say “Hello Highland coo, you’re the best creature ever”.
