Welcome to Pamela's Perfect Cakes, I am a self taught home based baker and sugar crafter, who decided after so many family members and friends said I was "In the wrong job" that I would officially open "Pamela's Perfect Cakes". I can make any flavour of cake by request, my favourite tried and tested recipes for celebration cakes are the usual Vanilla, Victoria Sponge, Chocolate, White Chocolate. M

y cupcakes come in a range of flavours also - Chocolate, Caramel, Carrot, Lemon, Gingerbread, Vanilla, strawberry filled, raspberry and white chocolate, Oreo, Caramac and some new cocktail flavours just added - strawberry daiquiri, mojito and pina colada and the list goes on...
