Garlic Monkey Bread. A egg and butter enriched dough with garlic and parsley butter glaze. Made for tear and share.

Good afternoon Crustumers. So you all knowCrustum Bakery is still open even through the drizzling rain.

Need a little savoury pick me up. Why not get one of our cheese and onion scones.

Something sweet? We have Rockies and our selection of cakes. Brownies, Banana and Walnut today.
And we will have Pecan Flapjack and Queen’s Gingerbread ready for Friday.

Hay there Crustumers. First of all apolagies that the website is not updated with this week’s special and week’s Scone. We are having a technical difficulty with the website at this point in time.

So the special this week is Irish Soda bread. Butter roasted leaks and onion inna wholemeal, white and oat soda bread.
Our Scone this week is the cheddar cheese and red onion scone.

Hello Crustumers! Crustum Artisan Bakery will be reopening this Tuesday 29th September. With a new bread recipe.
Spicy squash cornbread. Butternut squash with spicy drop peppers. A blend of warm and naturally sweet. Slice it, toast it, spread some cream cheese on it. The golden and red colours pop in this bread. So intrinsic of autumn.

Available at Crustum bakery Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 10:30 onwards.

The scone we will be kicking of with will be the sweet and sophisticated Tea Time Scone. Earl Grey soaked fruit. With sweet scone base. Cream Tea time everyone.

Crustum is open 8am to 2pm

Good morning Crustumers. Well, It has come time for Crustum Bakery to take another two weeks of absents. Starting today Crustum Artisan Bakery is closed. We will be back to baking on the 29th September.

🍂 Happy Saturday from Crustum!

It’s our final day before a short break, and the ovens are full of good things this morning.

This week’s specials are:

Swedish Dill Loaf
A soft, savoury loaf with dill, cream cheese and onion. Lovely sliced and buttered, or enjoyed with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Ploughman’s Scones
Packed with all the flavours of a traditional Ploughman’s and delicious with a little butter, mature Cheddar and chutney.

And because it’s Saturday, there’ll also be plenty of freshly baked pastries, alongside all your Crustum favourites — sourdough, Windrush White, wholemeal, Cotswold Crunch, focaccias, baguettes, cakes and bean-to-cup coffee.

We’re open today from 9am–2pm, and then we’ll be taking a short two-week break before reopening on Tuesday 29th September.

If you’ve been meaning to pop in, today is the day!

A little taste of September at Crustum…

There’s still plenty of sunshine around, but the cooler mornings are starting to give us that first hint of autumn — and this week’s specials feel just right for the change of season.

Swedish Dill Loaf
A soft, savoury loaf with dill, cream cheese and onion. Lovely sliced and buttered, or try it with smoked salmon and cream cheese for an easy lunch.

Ploughman’s Scones
A Savoury original recipe scone, packed with all the flavours you’d expect from a good Ploughman’s. Delicious with a little butter, mature Cheddar and chutney — or simply enjoy one warm from the bakery.

Alongside this week’s specials, we’ll have all your Crustum favourites freshly baked — sourdough, Windrush White, Hearty wholemeal, Cotswold Crunch, focaccias, baguettes, cakes plus our Chelsea & cinnamon buns!

We’re open today until 2pm and back tomorrow from 9am–2pm, so there’s still plenty of time to pop in and pick up something delicious.

We’ll then be taking a short two-week break, with Crustum reopening on Tuesday 29th September.
