I have realised two things…
Firstly that I’m way behind in posting pics…
Secondly that it’s doesn’t matter because I’ve massively reduced the number of cakes I’m doing!
I thought I’d better actually say that I can only do cakes for friends and family now as I haven’t re-registered with the local authority. It was a time (lack of) thing…

The Porsche was made with Rice Krispie squares moulded them covered in icing. First time I’ve done the krispie squares to shape but it was fun!
