💬 Over 50 residents came together to help shape the future of South Lakes Housing at our Residents' Conference.

The event opened with a joint welcome from resident and Housing & Communities Committee member Pauline Vaughan and our CEO Pam Mastrantonio, setting the tone for a day focused on collaboration, learning and resident influence.

Residents heard updates on our new three-year business strategy, learned more about their rights, celebrated our TPAS accreditation success, and took part in interactive sessions exploring housing services, building safety, Warm Homes initiatives, and future priorities for SLH.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, shared feedback and helped make the day such a success. Your voices are helping shape the services and homes of the future. 🏡💙
