Salted caramel, roasted mixed nuts & chocolate ganache.

If you have ever worked with me… you’ll know I hate millionaires 😂 I hate making them… and I can’t even eat a full portion because they’re usually WAY too sweet for me 💀

But if you know me, you also know I don’t really like classics 👀 always pushing boundaries (ask my mentor Yannick 😂)

So… why not a slightly salted caramel, an extra layer of roasted nuts and a smooth chocolate ganache on top?

Ohhhhhh… now we’re talking 🤤
