Finally sharing this beautiful wedding cake from my first ever Valentine’s Day wedding at Town Head Estate.

Debbie and Mark wanted something that felt romantic but still made a statement — soft blush tones, deep pink handmade sugar flowers and a clean, contemporary finish. Bold yet elegant, with all the drama in the details… and I think this design delivered perfectly!

Pastel tones and delicate sugar flowers leading the way…

Created for the .ited_workshop at , this setup was all about keeping things relaxed and romantic, with sugar florals trailing across the tiers, and plenty of little sweet treats for guests to dip into.

The mini two tier cake is perfect for couples to save (if it’s your wedding you deserve your own cake!) while still sitting beautifully as part of the whole table.

I love it when the cake feels like it belongs in the space, rather than just being placed there.

It finally feels like it’s arrived today after the crazy weather earlier this bank holiday.

Magnolias always mark the start of brighter skies and longer days, and I still have such a soft spot for this cake design, which with its combination of bold geometrics in the bottom tier (all edible), and the soft blush tone and sugar magnolias, make it perfect for a romantic yet modern Spring wedding.

Bright, buttery, and a little bit dreamy…

My lemon & vanilla bean flavour has it all, tangy lemon curd (made in in house from scratch like all of my cake fillings), fluffy lemon and poppyseed marshmallow, and crisp, buttery sablé in Swiss meringue buttercream — layers that melt, snap, and linger in perfect harmony.

Every bite is carefully balanced, and custom flavours” requests are welcome too.

Cake tasting boxes are now available to order (even if you’re not getting married!) and the next date for delivery is the 24th April, see the link in the bio.

There’s just something about soft blue and delicate texture that feels so calm and romantic.

This design was created for at the beautiful and it was all about keeping things clean and modern but with a nod to the heritage of the hall. Delicate sugar details, a bit of movement, and sugar flowers that feel like they’ve just settled there.

Everything came together perfectly, the linens, glassware, those florals, and a custom dress.

Exposed brick, timber beams and all that beautiful character do not mean your cake has to be semi-naked or buttercream!

Elegant fondant, soft movement and delicate texture can look just as at home in an industrial or barn setting, adding a little contrast and a lot of romance.

If you love the charm of a rustic venue but dream of something refined and sculptural, you really can have both.
