A three tier vanilla sponge with Rasberry Jam and Juniper Gin buttercream topped with Delicate ivory fondant.
Decorated in a Cream and Gold theme for a special young ladies 21st birthday.
As a typical perfectionist. I didn’t actually think it was good enough but I had nothing but compliments and support from my amazing friends who always try and boost my very low confidence.

It’s been a quiet few weeks for me but now in preparation for the next month of lots of baking.. one especially close to my heart is Manorlands.
I’ll be baking for vintage Gathering tea tent at their next event 16/17 May. Please pop along and take the kids to a fabulous weekend and support them.
