Not the best day to bake for a charity event .. oven on and it’s way too hot! While I was waiting for the cakes to bake, I decided to try something from one of my Becky Excell books, being of Geordie / Scottish Decent i decided to go with empire Biccys .. the heat didn’t help, so they are a bit messy but OMG they taste amazing 🤩
