We hope this message finds you well. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Kennedy and Rhind. We know many of you have come to love our incredible treats and the unique experience we provided. However, we want to assure you that our presence will continue through our sister sites.
Since the opening of Claremont Teahouse and Dot Bagels, we have gradually been shifting our production over to an incredible team of talented bakers at Dot. This has allowed us to expand our range of products and continue our mission of providing delicious treats to our loyal customers.
We want to express our sincerest gratitude for your unwavering support over the years. We could not have achieved what we did without you. We understand that this news may come as a surprise, but we want to assure you that our commitment to quality and excellence remains unchanged. We will be continuing our ever-loved presence at Jesmond Food Market as well as Dot Bagels. Expect to find incredible sweet treats and an expansion of the bagel range.
We are excited for this new phase, and we hope you will join us on this journey. Once again, thank you for your custom, loyalty, and support over the years. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
