A lush counter is set for the shop and van today 👀

Flake Teacake Cookies, Deep Dish Cookies and as promised, there’s plenty of Viennese on the counter this week! Hazelnut Viennese, Traditional Viennese Fingers, Chocolate & Cherry Whirls and Biscoff Whirls 😋

I'd like to say a big thank you to MegaClean for doing a great job cleaning our ovens! I'm currently in finishing off a large order for tomorrow, they look fabulous!

It appears to be 48 hours of bashing BMC, the first being a 1* review left after closing early due to selling out and then followed by a few people loosing thier minds over the pictures shared of our ovens professional cleaning including another small local business' input.

Feel free to go have a look at the wonderful job Megan did on her page, give her a follow and also for those of you that'll want to just nose at the comments 😬

I've nothing to hide, I have an open kitchen and have always maintained a 5* rating throughout my long career in commercial baking. I've also been in and seen many a commercial kitchen to know the difference between clear disregard for food hygiene and those that are doing everything they can to ensure food safety practice. Including private oven cleaning 😉

I dont usually put posts up like this but I can't deny it hasn't bothered me. I will however continue to support other small businesses and the great work they do to keep the small business community turning and for all those that visit an appreciate the lengths we go to to deliver the best possible service within our means.

I might be slower at present being 3rd trimester but I'm still slogging away doing everything I can to sustain a successful business.

EHO are welcome at any time for another 5* rating (not that we invite them anyway 🤣)

Our counters are filled to the brim with BOGOF while stocks last!

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of these cakes and bakes, they will still be good for a few days yet we just have way too much of it as our van hasn’t gone out 🥺

Sadly Toyah is still unwell so the van is unable to go out tomorrow.

Fortunately this rarely happens to us but...

We now have alot of bakes that we need new homes for so tomorrow we are offering buy one get one free across our entire selection!

It's supposed to be dry tomorrow so if you can pop and visit us, please do, we would greatly apprecite it! I can't bare the thought of wasting such high quality bakes if they don't sell 🥺
