At Country pies we produce high quality hand crafted pies, cooked with wholesome traditional fillings, and locally sourced ingredients using traditional recipes.

Country pies is a fast productive kitchen with a busy morning service, baking everything fresh to be delivered to our customers.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a kitchen environment, has a can-do approach to their work. You would be part of a small team working together to make pie fillings, prep work and pastry.

Must be self motivated and able to work as part of a team unsupervised.

Country pies is a fast productive kitchen with a busy morning service baking all the pies fresh to be delivered to our customers.

You will be part of a small team working together prepping and cooking for the next day and making pastry ready for the busy morning service.

This position would require the right candidate to lead the team in production to be productive and motivated to make the kitchen successful and efficient.

Cooking experience is required,bakery experience would be beneficial.

Basic food hygiene is required

Here is how we make our bouquet Garni to cook our venison and game pies, it's really simple but really effect to get all those natural herb flavours into the base of your sauce and so much better than those tea bag style bouquet garni, have a go you can use it with any slow cooked meals 👍
