Peanut butter & white chocolate blondies. 🍫
What can I say? These always go down a storm. Bitesize pieces of heaven!

What’s a blondie, you ask? Basically a brownie’s golden cousin — same gooey, fudgy magic, just… well, not brown. 😄

I always cut these into little pieces. Feels a lot less guilty eating one… or ten. No judgement here. 🙈

Following on from the amazing taste test video by my beautiful friend it’s only fitting I post the full video of my own!

Every reel I post is to show just how my bakes are made, so you can see everything that goes in. No fillers. No bulking agents. Just good quality ingredients and a whole lot of live and care.

This ginger cake is honestly one of my all time favourites! It is warming, spicy, sticky, comforting. What more could you want? It goes great with a shot of rum!

Well today is a VERY exciting day! I packed up my very first order! Sticky ginger cake. This bake is one of my favourites to make, it’s sticky, spicy, and oh so moist.

And because I’m a perfectionist who also happens to care about the planet — this bake came wrapped in fully sustainable packaging. Zero plastic. Even the tape is paper!

This one takes a bit more work than most — a few different processes going on — but that’s exactly why it’s worth it. Nothing about this is shortcuts. Buttery crumble topping, tender spiced apple, a proper soft sponge underneath. Layers of flavour that just work together.
There’s something about apple crumble that takes you straight back, isn’t there? That smell coming out of the oven. That first warm spoonful. I wanted to capture that feeling in something you could slice up and enjoy any time — no custard required. 😄

Let’s talk cheese scones…So many recipes over complicate things and almost always use low quality ingredients including the cheese! Who wants a cheese scone that doesn’t taste of cheese?! My cheese scones are made with very strong premium cheddar and the best quality ingredients. What are you having with yours? Can’t beat a bit of marmite on mine!
