A chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache and your choice of caramel or gooey fondant egg style filling (think of the famous ones that you get)

This 6" cake which serves 15 is £40

Pre-payment required, and cakes to be collected 7th or 8th April by prior arrangement only.

I've been busy behind the scenes working on a new product to The Cupcake Experience.
Brookies!

If you've not heard of brookies before, they are cookie base, with brownie on top.
These can be customised to your specific chocolate requirements.
These start at £15 for 3 large slices of double chocolate (this would easily feed 6)
Postage for these will be available in the future.

The brookies pictured are chocolate hazelnut cookie, with a layer of Nutella, chocolate brownie and topped with Ferrero Roche!

This dolls house cake was vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercre and strawberry jam.

All decorations were 100% edible.

What a beautiful cake for a beautiful couple, who eventually got to share getting married during a pandemic with friends and family.

Raspberry vanilla sponge cake with coconut buttercream.

Both covered with a white chocolate ganache buttercream and fresh flowers.

Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. A firm favourite this week!
This cake was all hand carved and hand decorated. It was a challenge, but came out so well.

This amazing cake was about 8" tall!

Vanilla sponge cake, with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Finished with white chocolate ganache, and Lindy lindor balls.
All decorations were handmade.

A beautiful flower pot vanilla sponge cake!
I learnt how to make roses for the first time properly on this cake. Lots more practice to come, but so happy how they came out.
