It’s been a while!
I’ve since started my new job which has taken up all of my time! I have a fair few pictures to post of what I’ve been up to baking wise.
Here’s todays creation, a thick indulgent chocolate sponge cake with milka chocolate, strawberries & bueno with a mouth watering ganache for a 21st birthday🤤

Chocolateeeeeeee!!

Slightly lighter low-fat cream cheese topping which is softer and lighter than traditional buttercream.

The low-fat was then completely negated by the Munchies, Curly Wurly and Crunchie Bite toppings.

Traybakes.
So simple but so delicious!

There will be a selection of traybake brownies, blondies and cakes up for grabs during our official launch event giveaway, in addition to cupcakes and - if I have time which I hope I will - a celebration cake too!

Fighting against the heat in the kitchen today to create an 18th birthday cake.
Three tier vanilla sponge with strawberry jam, buttercream icing with white chocolate ganache.

Finished with chocolate dipped strawberries, edible flower petals, white chocolate Kinder bueno and a first legal drink of Malibu.

This cake has given me summer vibes.

Today it’s my birthday! 🎉 I said goodbye to my teen years.

No cake for me though, any other bakers just not like eating cake??

No baking today, so no pics. Enjoy the expectation Vs reality pic instead - we’ve all been there!!

This weekend instead of celebrating, I’ll be creating a commissioned 18th birthday cake, hoping to do the birthday girl good on her big day!
