No bakes as I'm away for the weekend, and no eggs because the crows keep eating them 🤣

Open again on the 27th June.

The shed is fully stocked and open until around 9pm. I'm going to open again tomorrow to make up for staying closed yest...

Nothing is left overnight in the shed.

Opening Sunday 9am!

I was in bed most of yesterday with a migraine, then when I went to do baking at night my stand mixer broke! So this weekend's opening has been delayed.

Apologies!

The shed will be stocked tomorrow bright and early.

Triple chocolate brownies
Old school cake
Cookies - choc chip and one other undecided flavour!
Fudge
Victoria sponge
Iced biscuits - various designs and flavours
Rhubarb stalks

FIRST WEEKEND - ✅

Only one brownie and two cookies left (my husband and the kids have claimed these!)

Any feedback from those who bought appreciated.

Next weekend I'll be open Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 9pm (or sell out)

I do not leave anything in the shed during the night.

Keep an eye out for my menu release during the week, and the first installation of 'Chicken of the month'

Good and bad from yesterday...

Yesterday's cookies SOLD OUT!

Fresh batch out now, but these are slightly smaller so they are £1.50 for the smartie cookies and £1 for choc chips.

On a slightly less cheery note, there was a small theft yesterday. Given that I have the option to pay via card, phone tapping, or cash, it's not really excusable. It wasn't huge, but it still has an impact on what I'm trying to achieve.

It definitely took the shine off the first day, but onwards and upwards.

Still some brownies and old school cake left too (the brownies are my personal favourites!)

There's been a few teething problems, so the shed will be partially stocked from 2pm.

What's on the menu:

Eggs - £2 per half dozen
Rhubarb - help yourself for free
Triple chocolate brownies - £2.50

Many of you already know us for our fresh eggs, but I'm excited (and nervous!) to share that the stand is growing!

I'm officially adding homemade treats and bakes to the menu.

Follow along for updates on what’s in the oven, and a look at our happy flock.

The kids have insisted the chickens take centre stage, so watch out for the up and coming "Chicken of the Month" with introductions to our hens.

Our eggs our out as and when they are laid, and the grand opening of the new shed with bakes is set for the 6th June.

Fully council registered and insured!
