ITS THE LAST DAY to get tickets for the charity raffle! So far we have raised over £650- let’s try and get to £700!!! Thank you to everyone who has already bought tickets. I will be announcing all the winners on Tuesday evening 🥰

I’m raising money these next few months to donate food to food banks and to make gift packages for children in Teesside.

My first raffle is TWO HUGE 8 INCH CAKES! A raspberry Victoria sponge & a chocolate cake (PHOTO JUST TO SHOW THE STYLE OF CAKE) I’m making them now as we speak! 🍰

Numbers are 1-60 & £2 a number to enter. There will be two winners, one for each cake🥰

Hi everyone!

Since I’m not baking this Christmas, I’ve decided that I want to raise as much money as possible to buy food for food banks & presents for children living in teeside.

Over the next few weeks leading up to Christmas I’m going to be raffling cakes off, doing bonus balls and Id love to organise a huge raffle with lots of small businesses.

If any of my small business followers can spare anything to raffle off, please let me know. I’ll put your social media everywhere! I understand that it’s a tough time for businesses at the moment so that’s why I don’t want to message anyone privately and put them on the spot!

Hello everyone, unfortunately I have an announcement to share with you all. After nearly three and a half years of Ellie’s Simple Sweets, I have decided to close. This is a decision that I didn’t take lightly, I absolutely adore my business and I am so grateful for all the support from you all. I am now ready to take the next step in my career after finishing uni and I’ve got a new job. 💘

When I started in may 2020, I never expected to be as popular as I am. The amount of people who love my bakes and give me such positive feedback has been so overwhelming (which has made my decision ten times harder!). Thought I’d do a college of all my favourite bakes and all my stalls to show just how many orders/ sell outs I’ve had all because you all!

So I owe a massive thank you to everyone who bought anything from me, thank you for giving me to confidence to continue and grow over these three years! 🥰

This won’t be the end, who knows what the future may hold for Ellie’s Simple Sweet’s. At the moment this is the path I am taking and I hope you all understand.🙏🏽

I might turn this page into a little tutorial/recipe page so you can bake all my goodies from home, let me know what you think.🤞🏼

Finally, I will be making my final treatboxes to get some stock used up. The boxes will be £10 and will include an old school retro cake slice, a milkybar blondie, a Kinderella brownie and a biscoff cookie. If you would like to have a last Ellie’s Simple Sweets treatbox, pop me a message! This will be to collect on Friday.🍰🍪
