1. Shop Manager
Full-Time | Leadership Role
As our Shop Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bakery café. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and keep our customers coming back with a smile. From managing stock and suppliers to training staff and creating a welcoming environment, this is the perfect role for someone who thrives on people, pace, and pastries.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a managerial role (hospitality or retail)
• Excellent people and organisational skills
• A hands-on attitude and a love of great coffee and fresh baking

2. Shift Manager
Full-Time
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift. You’ll support the team, keep service running smoothly, and make sure every customer walks away happier than when they arrived. It’s a great role for someone looking to step up into leadership or continue growing their career in hospitality.

You’ll need:
• Previous café or bakery experience
• Confidence in leading a team and making decisions under pressure
• A genuine enthusiasm for great service and good food
