Want to know what’s the best chocolate for baking cakes or brownies? Here’s a few tips!

🍫 Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa solids will give you that intense, rich cocoa flavour you’re looking for and will add depth and complexity to your cakes and brownies.

🍫 Opt for “Dutch processed” or “alkalised” cocoa powder as these are treated to neutralise acidity, resulting in a smoother, milder taste that pairs beautifully with dark chocolate.

🍫 Choose a premium brand, my recommendation would always be Callebaut Chocolate 🤎 For dark chocolate, I recommend No 70-30-38 70.5% callets. For milk chocolate chips in cookies or brownies, I’d suggest No 823 33.6% callets and for white chocolate my go-to blend is No W2 28% callets!

If you had to choose a bundt for your Christmas dessert, which would it be? It's a close call for me but I LOVE a sticky toffee pudding with hot toffee sauce 😍
