This is the cake that i will be raffling throughout March to raise money for the ward i work on.
Tickets are 50p each or £2 a strip.

This cake would retail at £65

It's a very moist chocolate cake layered with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream. Coated with a rich chocolate mirror glaze with fondant flowers, leaves and butterflies.

Well, through March of 2017 'til April, I will be selling raffle tickets to raise money for the ward i work on, this hopefully will raise enough money to kit out the rehab kitchen ( which is much needed). If any one works for Leeds and York PFT, feel free to buy a strip for £1

Thge Prize will be one of my cakes. Photo of a pre-run will be posted at the beginning of March.

All my Christmas cakes are densely packed with fruits and fed with Ruby port to enhance the fruits flavors. These cakes are very moist , almost between a Christmas cake and a Christmas pudding. All cakes can be covered with whichever icing is to your preference.
