We’re hiring 🍪✨

We’re currently looking for some lovely, creative people to join our team at Molly’s Bakehouse in Holbury as Biscuit Artists.

We have two roles available:
Permanent Full-Time Biscuit Artist
Seasonal Part-Time / Flexible Zero-Hours Biscuit Artist

You don’t need professional biscuit decorating experience - full training is provided! We’re mainly looking for people who are creative, reliable, patient, detail-focused and love working with their hands.

You’ll be hand-icing biscuits for some incredible brands, events, gifting projects and seasonal orders, so it’s such a lovely opportunity for someone artistic who wants to learn a new skill and be part of a growing creative team 💛

We’re looking for people to start as soon as possible, with interviews and practical assessments beginning from next week.

Probably one of the biggest pinch-me moments EVER?! 🥹🍪✨

Yesterday we were invited to the Great British Bake Off launch party to personalise biscuits and live pipe for the guests… and somehow I ended up getting a PAUL HOLLYWOOD HANDSHAKE?! 😭🤝

We honestly had the BEST time handing out personalised biscuits, piping live and meeting some of the incredible people from the show, as well as the absolutely insane team behind the production. Everyone was so lovely and the whole evening was just completely surreal.

There are certain moments in business that make you stop and think about how far things have come, and this was definitely one of them.

I fear I will never get over this??!! A huge thank you for having us. What a day. 💛

There was once a time when 600 biscuits felt completely impossible to us.

Now, we look back at orders like that and smile at how much has changed!

Rob has been there through every single stage of this journey, he’s seen this business grow from a tiny idea into something so much bigger than we ever imagined, and honestly, so much of that is because of him.

Sometimes it’s easy to only celebrate the big numbers or big moments, but when I really think about it, the most special part has been building all of this together💛

And the strangest thing? It still feels like we’re only just getting started.
