There was once a time when 600 biscuits felt completely impossible to us.

Now, we look back at orders like that and smile at how much has changed!

Rob has been there through every single stage of this journey, he’s seen this business grow from a tiny idea into something so much bigger than we ever imagined, and honestly, so much of that is because of him.

Sometimes it’s easy to only celebrate the big numbers or big moments, but when I really think about it, the most special part has been building all of this together💛

And the strangest thing? It still feels like we’re only just getting started.

80 years of memories and a few of them on biscuits.

Florals for the woman who spent her life surrounded by them, polaroids for the life she’s lived, and an 80 that absolutely does not reflect how she acts at a party!

A former florist deserves flowers she can actually eat. It was an honour creating these special biscuits for my lovely Nan’s 80th a few weeks ago💖

Not everyone’s creativity looks the same and I think that’s exactly what makes a great team✨

Rob might not be the one holding the piping bag, but the way he thinks, problem-solves, builds systems, and shows up for this business every single day is its own kind of creativity.

So much of Molly’s Bakehouse exists because of the ideas behind the scenes too- the big-picture thinking, the constant improving, the figuring things out, and the ability to help turn a creative vision into an actual growing brand.

I think creativity is so often associated with the artistic side of things, but honestly? There are so many different ways to be creative, and this is one of them💛
