I have been quiet on here for a while but this weekend I created this wonderful 3 tiered cake for my cousin who got married in Brighton and had her Reception on Brighton Pier.

I am so proud of this cake. It looked amazing and tasted delicious!!!

Yesterday I delivered this cake to a surprise birthday party. 3 delicious layers of vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream decorated with a black and gold theme with some special requests of her favourite things, representation of her family and a little tribute to her father. I hope she enjoyed her party. X

The latest cake from the weekend to celebrate a 2nd birthday. It is a chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and green vanilla buttercream to decorate. A homemade, hand painted topper as he loves tractors!!!!
