Evelyn's Cake Boutique Evelyn's Cake Boutique offers freshly baked cakes for birthdays, celebrations and weddings. My love of cakes began with the baking.

Sponges are available in a range of delicious flavours and will be creatively decorated to suit your occasion. I've been producing home bakes since I was very young - following recipes from my mum's cookbooks. Birthday cakes for the family followed, then cupcakes and treats for colleagues at work. It wasn't until my sister in law asked me if I would make her sister's wedding cake that I discovered the world of cake decorating - what an eye opener it was! I attended a 6 day intensive course and that was it - I was hooked! I enjoy making very personal birthday cakes with lots of colour and humour thrown in. I also love designing wedding cakes and keep up with the latest trends. I like to use fresh natural flavourings in my cakes and always use butter and free range eggs. I can also offer gluten, dairy and egg free cakes. I am located near Rothiemay - just off the main Huntly to Portsoy road so quite easy to find.

A wonderfully fruity cake for lovely Iris who celebrated her 90th birthday yesterday! I loved making your cake. 😊

As if getting married wasn’t exciting enough Amy and Michael took it to another level by having a gender reveal of their first baby at the cake cutting! I made a small section at the back of the cake a certain colour and ….. it’s a girl! 🩷
Many congratulations to you both on your marriage and upcoming parenthood!

Congratulations to Isla and Scott who married recently at The Banff Springs Hotel .
Now Scott isn’t really one for cake but I’m pleased to say he just loved my red velvet sponge and so that was the largest tier! Dog Harley is keeping close guard of it!
Hope you all had a great day! 😊

Ah, the son of one of my besties got married yesterday to his beautiful bride.
Congratulations Kieran and Jana!
So of course I was really chuffed to be able to make their cake and even got to sample some in the evening. And may I say it tasted quite delicious! It was sticky toffee cake which was served as the dessert - a great idea.
Also included are models of their fur babies Hamish and Mabel. 🐢

Thank you for having us! πŸ₯‚ xx

I was delighted to be able to make this stunner for Scott and Suzanne who were married at the fabulous Lonach Hall at the weekend!
It’s 3 foot long with chocolate cake for one half and vanilla sponge with strawberry jam made by Suzanne’s granny for the other. Decorated with edible flowers from Westlands UK and gorgeous flowers from my neighbour at Upper Woodside Blooms

I’m way behind with the cake pictures! After a really busy week I was able to nip to West Yorkshire to visit my sister and we spent time fan girling at Leeds Festival - what a good time we had!

This pretty buttercream cake was for Nicole and Bruce who married at the Barn at Barra. Decorated with delicate wafer paper flowers.

Congratulations to you both!
