I've been producing home bakes since I was very young - following recipes from my mum's cookbooks. Birthday cakes for the family followed, then cupcakes and treats for colleagues at work. It wasn't until my sister in law asked me if I would make her sister's wedding cake that I discovered
the world of cake decorating - what an eye opener it was! I attended a 6 day intensive course and that was it - I was hooked! I enjoy making very personal birthday cakes with lots of colour and humour thrown in. I also love designing wedding cakes and keep up with the latest trends. I like to use fresh natural flavourings in my cakes and always use butter and free range eggs. I can also offer gluten, dairy and egg free cakes. I am located near Rothiemay - just off the main Huntly to Portsoy road so quite easy to find.
