Evelyn's Cake Boutique Evelyn's Cake Boutique offers freshly baked cakes for birthdays, celebrations and weddings. My love of cakes began with the baking.

Sponges are available in a range of delicious flavours and will be creatively decorated to suit your occasion. I've been producing home bakes since I was very young - following recipes from my mum's cookbooks. Birthday cakes for the family followed, then cupcakes and treats for colleagues at work. It wasn't until my sister in law asked me if I would make her sister's wedding cake that I discovered

the world of cake decorating - what an eye opener it was! I attended a 6 day intensive course and that was it - I was hooked! I enjoy making very personal birthday cakes with lots of colour and humour thrown in. I also love designing wedding cakes and keep up with the latest trends. I like to use fresh natural flavourings in my cakes and always use butter and free range eggs. I can also offer gluten, dairy and egg free cakes. I am located near Rothiemay - just off the main Huntly to Portsoy road so quite easy to find.

Just back from Croatia on what was meant to be time out to clear the mind before wedding season heats up - and ironically one of the highlights was witnessing this wedding celebration! Pre ceremony they all meet in a local bar then parade through the streets before heading to church. Singing and dancing all the way. It was so joyful!
