Tuesday’s lineup…

Lots of fresh bread and focaccia available today alongside brownies, muffins and cookies 🍪

Rosemary & Seasalt, Caramelised Onion & Cheddar, Jalapeno & Red Leicester, Mixed Olive & Sundried Tomato on the focaccia menu so there’s something for everyone.

Freshly baked muffins and brownies added to the Bread Shed and of course cookies and granola. I’m sure you’ll walk away happy if you visit!

Friday’s menu ⭐️

The Bread Shed will be well stocked this weekend with plenty of bread, focaccia and some sweet treats.

Pre orders on the website have been removed because I won’t be available to fulfill them. Online ordering for collection the same day will end at lunchtime tomorrow because I won’t be available to keep checking the inventory to keep it up to date. All of this means you’ll just HAVE to come and visit and pick up something in person. The Shed will be restocked when it gets low so don’t worry, plenty to go around 🔥

Food Hygiene Rating…

I’ve spent the last two days getting all my paperwork together and polishing my procedures to prepare for today’s inspection. No stranger to assessments (hello fire service 🚒🔥) I was under no illusion it wasn’t the food they were inspecting, rather the paperwork and my understanding of allergens, sanitising and operations. I was asked a lot of questions and had to prove a few things including my food safety certificate which to this day I don’t have because the training provider never sent one 😬

But I’m really pleased to announce that I have been awarded a LEVEL FIVE RATING! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you to all my customers, the OGs and the new ones, without your support I wouldn’t have pushed myself to do the best. I am so happy! The inspector even bought some of my focaccia 🤩⭐️🥳

It’s been a busy morning here at the Bread Shed but now all the pre orders have been collected, the dough for tomorrow (16 loaves 😳) has been mixed and is now proving I’ve got a second to let you all know what’s still in the shop and what you can order for tomorrow…
