Four layers of Madagascan vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve, coated with white chocolate ganache and iced sharpe edge withe, finished with swags and edible snowflakes.

Top tier of rich chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream, coated with dark chocolate ganache, iced aqua and used an impression mat to add a quilted texture.

The figures are food safe toys, which the birthday girl can keep.
