This was a true labour of love. What should have been a few hours turned into a day. Trying to bake and decorate with a baby is no small feat 😅. I tried to cheat and used for my Swiss meringue instead of separating the eggs like I usually do. Maybe it bought me half a day😅

About last night. I absolutely loved creating this spread for a friend and beautiful person inside and out. Two tier semi naked Vanilla sponge topped with fruit and edible dry flowers. 60 different flavoured cupcakes, 1 gluten-free bento cake and 1 (forgotten bento vegan cake🙈 that’s another tale for another day).
