🧁Meet the Baker 🧁

I thought it was probably about time I introduced myself properly!

I’m Vicky, I’m 27 and I live in Hucknall. I’m the person behind The Sweet Hatch, and I’ll have been running the business for a whole year this October! 🥹

I’m also mum to 3-year-old twins, so life is definitely busy! 😂

I originally started The Sweet Hatch after my son was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. The idea was to build something of my own that would eventually allow me to spend more time at home with my family… although that hasn’t quite happened yet! 😂

My goal is to keep growing the business to a point where I can eventually drop one day at work, and hopefully one day make The Sweet Hatch my full-time job. 🤞🏻

It’s definitely been a learning curve over the last year, but I’m really proud of how far it’s come and excited to see where I can take it next. ❤️

💭 A little Sweet Hatch update…

I’m moving house at the end of September, which has got me thinking about what I want The Sweet Hatch to look like going forward!

I’m considering a few different options — weekly markets, a regular local collection/drop-off point for pre-orders, postal orders…or maybe something completely different🤔 let me know your thoughts♥️
