We’ve had a LOT of new followers both on Facebook and Instagram since we started so I feel a new introduction is in order!
Hi 👋
I’m Kaz and I’m the owner of The Bake Hatch.
I started this business after the business I worked for closed suddenly back in February.
I’ve baked my whole life. At home, in restaurants as a dessert chef and for multiple cafes.
So it only felt right to continue baking. But for me.
I started as a cake shed. Where I offer a huge range of bakery items - think breads, sausage rolls, pastries & doughnuts. Cakes and bakes - brownies, cookies, shortbread, Victoria sponges, homemade jams ect
And recently we added a fridge, so I can bring in all those creamy pastries and desserts that I LOVE.
We are now heading into markets and online orders to. I can’t wait to see The Bake Hatch flourish!
I may be the owner and face behind the bake hatch. However i could not do this on my own! My other half Stuart plays a huge role behind the scenes. He spends hours helping me portion, package and label each bake. He helps me through the many meltdowns and is the voice behind reason! He keeps the shed topped up at the weekends and will be at my side at future markets!
