🚴‍♂️🥯 Yesterday, on my way home from a cycling ride, I stopped Elsecar Heritage Centre , and this time I remembered to bring my wallet! 😂🙊
So, of course, I had to try another bagel from The Bagel Box … Italian style this time 🇮🇹🥯
And wow… it was absolutely superb! 😋👌
Now I honestly can’t decide which one I liked best , the Italian or the New York! 😂

If you’re ever stopping at Elsecar Heritage Centre, make sure you give them a try. It’s lovely to see and support a new small local business. ❤️

She’s heading back to university soon to continue her 3-year ODP course, after completing her training at Claremont Hospital.

They’re going to have a nice, slow rise overnight before I bake them fresh tomorrow morning.

That smell of garlic, melted cheese and buttery goodness first thing in the morning… I can’t wait! 😋🔥

Today I went cycling around the TP Trail Trans Pennine Trail in South Yorkshire for 2 hours and 30 minutes, hoping to clear my head from work... 🚴‍♂️😂

But instead of clearing my mind, I started thinking about my Christmas menu, buying a steel pastry dough sheeter, and making even more homemade puff pastry and croissant dough! 🙊😂

I'm already thinking about expanding the menu with some delicious new items... 🥐 Croissants, homemade sausage rolls, savoury pastries and more! 😋

So much is coming soon to My Petit Choux... I think my brain needs another bike ride! 😂🙈
