Back by popular demand for another year! 🐰

4 layers of delightful carrot, orange and spice cake. Filled with cream cheese buttercream and covered with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.

All decorated with a gorgeous hand painted bunny face, fondant pink nose and a piped pastel buttercream crown, finished with chocolate mini eggs!!

The sun was out for C&O wedding in Surrey along with all the blossoms, daffodils and magnolia. 🌸

It was a treat just driving through the countryside to deliver this botanical beauty to Gate Street Barn (…not that delivering a cake is ever a relaxing experience…not ever!)

This was a lovely moment in my emails! Gorgeous photos from S&Js wedding in the Cotswolds last year.

I absolutely loved working with such brilliant people including the lovely couple themselves. I’ve even forgotten all about driving this cake up the M25!! (Almost)

For those wanting the cakey details…this was 3 tiers of lemon in different forms, lemon poppyseed, lemon curd and lemon elderflower. 🍋

Happy New Year!

A big thank you to everyone who has supported my business in 2022. I had the pleasure of working with such wonderful clients last year, who trusted me to make them beautiful cakes for their special occasions…the get to work with the nicest people and have the best job ever!

Thank you, also, to everyone who followed me on here too. All your likes and messages mean a lot… and I know I am not the most consistent social media poster (I will try to do more this year!!) but your interaction means so much.

I may not have organised a green wreath for the front door but at least there’s an edible gingerbread one inside!

Covid has finally caught up with me after all this time, so there may be some more gingerbread activity happening this week to keep me busy!

Seeing double?

I loved creating this lemony heaven for the lovely S&J …and just look at those beautiful flowers, such a gorgeous colour palette!

This is the furthest wedding cake delivery to date and seeing the Cotswolds in all their autumnal glory was so beautiful.

For those needing the cake details…the base was lemon sponge soaked in lemon syrup, middle tier lemon and poppyseed sponge and top tier lemon and elderflower. All filled with lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream with some fresh lemons to decorate 🍋

All the pretty dahlias to finish off this late summer inspired cake for R&E. Blush pink Swiss meringue buttercream, gold leaf details and a few blackberries to mark the season 💕

Top tier: pistachio and raspberry
Middle tier: coffee
Bottom tier: lemon and elderflower

Accompanied by some gluten free and vegan cupcakes in pretty boxes (…just squeezed into the photo!)
