Wow oh wow what a year 2025 has been

I have gone from an NHS job to fully self employed doing cakes and events nearly every weekend. Financially it has probably been the worst year for the baking, but that certainly isn't through trying.
We have baked 100s of cakes and 1000s of bakes and it certainly wouldn't have been possible without my family and friends around helping me out.

I have started my own swimming business, back in March, which has taken off nicely so this will be my main focus next year.

So what will 2026 look like.... well I'm going to be taking a step back from the events until the spring /summer time and focus of my swimming business, birthday cakes, and the family. I'm going to set myself some new physical challenges and I'm going to be a lot less stressed ... she says. Well that is my plan so let see if I can make it happen.

Finally a massive thank you to all of those who have purchased my cakes and bakes this year we have literally sold 1000s of units and without you all and all your smiles with every purchas I would have quit a long time ago.
