After baking more than 1,200 buns this past two weeks, running workshops, and getting everything sorted before heading away with the family, I am officially done 😅

I will now be closed for the next three weeks while I drink sangria, soak up some sunshine, and enjoy some very well-earned rest ☀️🍷

Don’t worry though, all of the cafés are well stocked, so you’ll still be able to get your fika fix while I’m away 🤍

I’m going to try and stay off my phone as much as possible. You may see the occasional beach photo pop up here and there, but I won’t be as active on here.

Thank you all so much for the support lately, it honestly means the world.

Woken up this morning to birds singing, kids still sleeping, and a quiet house… so down to the kitchen I went to bake.

The dough is proving, the tea is hot, and for a little moment everything feels still. Today I turn 38 — 38 years around the sun, and I’m feeling so grateful for where I am in life right now.

No day off even on my birthday!!! but the counting down to our holiday ☀️

Ending the week on a sweet note with a fresh delivery of Cinnamon & Cardamom buns heading to this morning. I’ll be dropping them off around 9:30am, so get there early before they sell out.
