I have been baking for almost as long as I can remember, starting off at my Mum's side, making cakes and pastries. In 2013, I set up Foxy Cakes & Bakes to enable me to share my love of baking with like minded people and to offer the public
the chance to buy and try my cakes and bakes. I am registered with East Lindsey District Council and have been awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating. Wherever possible, I try to use locally sourced ingredients and always use free range, grade A eggs. In 2022, I was proud and honoured to be one of the Top 50 Finalists of the Platinum Pudding Competition, run by Fortnum & Mason to find a pudding fit for HM The Queen on her Platinum Jubilee. In 2023, I was thrilled to be asked to make customised shortbread biscuits to be served to the veterans and HRH The King at a celebratory event at the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, RAF Coningsby. Please feel free to get in touch. All cakes and bakes are made fresh to order. This is more of a hobby for me, so all bakes receive the special attention to detail they deserve.
