Researched a lot before I made this and have definitely learnt a lot while making it and how to improve it for next time, one thing is definitely to get an actual bread proofing basket! 🍞 it was absolutely delicious fresh out of the oven smothered in butter 🌸

my first and last wedding cake of the year as 2020 has been a rollercoaster of a year for all the brides and grooms out there! Although i am in complete love with this one, three tiers of zesty lemon sponge with homemade lemon curd decorated with white lace buttercream and white orchids!
I loved the white on white on white feel of this cake and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 🌸
