I have enjoyed creating a few of these large single tier wedding cakes recently and this Pistachio & Rose layered sponge was topped with, ‘just a few’ fresh British raspberries ☺️

Three tiers of timeless elegance, finished with delicate edible British-grown flowers 🌿🤍

This cake was designed to feel romantic, natural, and effortlessly refined — with a soft textured finish and floaty floral movement.

Every stem was carefully chosen by the extremely talented Georgina to bring freshness, softness, and sustainability to the design.

Blush Roses provided by and carefully added by me and taking great care to follow food safety, that means no non edible stems direct into cake guys!!

Delicate white blossoms and my now favourite Penny cress greenery, these beautiful blooms prove that British grown flowers can be just as luxurious as they are meaningful.
