Recipe riffing. Brown sugar olive oil chiffon, passion fruit curd, tangy cream cheese mousse. Tastes a bit like a creamy solero… not too sweet, super creamy and tangy.

That time we spent a whole afternoon making doughnuts. And yes they were pretty fantastic.

R decided he didn’t just want the glazed doughnuts so we had several flavours…

Raspberry glaze (with freeze dried raspberry powder 👌)
Dark chocolate crème patissiere and chocolate glaze
Vanilla custard
Vanilla glaze
Cinnamon sugar doughnut holes

My favourite was the raspberry glaze - so zingy and not too sweet!

Probably won’t make these again for a while. Quite an epic project!
